Terms of Use and Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms govern access to and use of the Arkadix website (the "Site"), a daily mini-games platform. By using the Site, you accept these terms.

2. Access to the service

The Site is freely accessible for its core features. Some features may require an account, or even a paid subscription ("premium"). The publisher strives to keep the Site available but cannot guarantee it.

3. User account

• The Site is reserved for individuals aged 15 or older. A minor under 15 must obtain prior consent from their legal guardian to create an account. By creating an account, you declare that you meet this requirement.
• Creating an account requires a valid e-mail address (or a Google sign-in).
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• A username must not be misleading, abusive, or infringe a third party's rights.
• You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

4. Rules of use

The following is prohibited:

• attempting to bypass game limits, cheating, automating games (bots);
• disrupting the Site (attacks, overload, abusive reverse engineering);
• using the Site for illegal purposes or infringing others' rights.

5. Moderation and sanctions

In case of breach of these Terms, the publisher may, depending on severity and without notice:

• issue a warning;
• suspend access to the account, temporarily or permanently;
• terminate the account's active sessions;
• change a username that is misleading, offensive or infringing others' rights;
• delete the account and associated data.

Suspending or terminating an account for breach of these Terms gives no right to any refund of an ongoing subscription. Processing a possible refund remains a separate step, at the publisher's sole discretion.

You may challenge a moderation decision by contacting the publisher.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its interface, code and visual identity are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Any third-party content remains the property of its owners.

7. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

8. Premium subscription

Arkadix offers a paid subscription ("premium") granting access to additional features. The sale terms are as follows:

• Plans and prices: the subscription is offered on a monthly or yearly basis, at the rates shown on the subscription page at the time of purchase. Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included.
• Payment: payments are processed by our provider Stripe. Arkadix stores no banking data.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at each term according to the chosen plan (monthly or yearly), until cancellation.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no further charge is made afterwards.
• Withdrawal and refund: by subscribing, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal. Amounts already paid are not refunded, including if you cancel mid-period: premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.

9. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". The publisher cannot be held liable for interruptions, data loss due to force majeure, or non-compliant use.

10. Changes to the Terms

The publisher may amend these Terms. Users will be informed of substantial changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the applicable jurisdiction.
