Guessix Video Games: which game is it?

The goal

Find the hidden game by comparing it with others. You have 6 lives.

How to play

The game opens on a row marked "Free": a game already compared for you, costing no life. Then guess a game in the input field: pick one from the suggestions. It joins the table, and each of its characteristics is compared to the one you are looking for.

Release year Genres Platforms Game modes Studio Super Mario Odyssey 2017 Adventure · Platformer Nintendo Co-op · Single player Nintendo

The clues

Every cell takes a colour for its result: correct, partial (one platform out of two, for example) or wrong. The colour key is right below. On the year, an ↑ arrow means the game you are after is newer, ↓ that it is older. Three hints unlock as you miss, under the grid: first the game's publisher, then its series (or its first letter if it has none), then a deliberately bad plot summary. They are free and cost no life.

What it is like

Guessix follows the principle of daily deduction games like Loldle or Pokedle, where each guess reveals what matches the answer.
